Plan Description
Presenting a 2,481 heated square foot plan that includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an owner’s choice room, and numerous other impressive design features! Entering the home from the 8-foot-deep covered front porch, you find the Great Room, which shares an open floor layout with the Kitchen and Dining Area. The Great Room features a ventless gas fireplace, upper and lower cabinetry providing extra storage, and a beautiful cathedral ceiling. The Kitchen includes a 9’ X 4’ island and a large walk-in pantry. Double doors from the Dining Area lead to the 8-foot-deep covered rear porch. The Main Bedroom boasts a spacious walk-in closet. The Main Bathroom features a double vanity, a custom shower with a bench, a separate freestanding bathtub, and a private toilet. The other bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home, ensuring maximum privacy. Both Bedrooms 2 and 3 have walk-in closets.
