Plan Description

With timeless elements borrowed from southern Spain and northern Africa, this waterfront design optimizes the home site, using every square inch to its fullest advantage. Historic architectural details and timeless materials allow this unique home to feel as if it were built for a world traveler with eclectic taste. Intricately carved columns support glorious arches and a myriad of rooflines. Inside, the extensive use of crown moulding, wood beams and accent lighting throughout the home, creates a rich backdrop for luxurious furnishings, art and accessories. Ten-foot cypress entry doors lead to a two-story foyer, which features a grand circular custom staircase with an S-curved top and wood flooring. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
