Plan Description
A TINY HOME FOR THE DIY BUILDER This extremely compact home has been designed so that it can be built on site or it can be built in 5 separate modules and assembled on the construction site. Do it yourself builders can easily build the separate modules or perhaps a local storage building manufacturer can build them and the owner can assemble the modules on the job site. This micro design has features of a conventional full size home including two separate bedrooms with a shared bath. The ceiling height of the central rotunda dining is 14’ high with window transoms at the top which makes for a stunning appearance. All 4 modules that join the rotunda dining have sloped ceilings to provide an extra spacious feel. The bedrooms can be totally opened up via the bi-fold doors so that all rooms can be combined as one space providing an appearance of a much larger home. The kitchen has all of the amenities of a much larger home including a sink, dishwasher, range, refrigerator and a stacked washer dryer not to mention abundant cabinet space. The rear wall of the living space is a window wall but it can be replaced with an optional 9’ sliding glass door which opens out onto a outdoor deck. Intended as a super low cost option to build your starter home and accommodate a small family. The exterior styling is smart, practical and sure to catch the attention of your neighbors.

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.
