This house is designed as a functional, open-plan retreat, ideal for a remote location or as an oceanside cabana. The open plan with convertible sleeping area lends itself to the ideal get-away. Exterior and interior finishes can be specified to fit the local architectural vernacular or your personal taste. Interiors can also be customized. The exterior walls are designed for energy efficient (ICF) “green wall” construction. Garage and storage areas are optional. The building can be modularized for off-site construction.
